Physician's Flat - Condo in the heart of town

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful and there were many thoughtful touches in the condo. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to restaurants and the waterfront and the shops of Bar Harbor. We highly recommend this property.

This flat was charming and fun especially because it has a great story. It is perfectly located so that we could walk everywhere in town. There was plenty of room for relaxing. Our hosts set up the the place with special welcoming things like a snack basket, coffee station, cozy blankets, and a booklet with helpful hints about where to go and what to do in the area. They obviously love their home town and want you to enjoy your stay. We would come back next week if we could.

We could not have asked for a better home away from home! We truly appreciate the care and thoughtfulness with which you stocked and equipped the flat. There were little surprises all around the house. This was a birthday treat for our daughter and the stay here made it special. Thank you 🙏:)

As most are in Maine, this is an older property. The location though is its best asset. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable flat and absolutely loved being able to walk to incredible views, shops and restaurants in minutes. The flat is comfortable and well stocked with little extras like coffee, snacks, & toiletries. We did not need to shop for anything during our stay. Desiree was a great communicator and the recommendations in the book were spot on. Some of our favs: Beehive hike (for some of us, not all who couldn't handle heights), Ocean Path hike, ebikes on Carriage path, Sunrise at Cadillac Mountain (book online two days before and daughter had brilliant idea to refresh screen after 15 minutes if it sells out right at 10am because everyone has 15 minutes to complete the registration). Not enough time to try all of the wonderful places to eat, but loved Cafe This Way, Rosalies, La Brun, Havana, Merchant & Frye, Side Street Cafe, MDI Icecream.
