Oceanview Retreat w/Yurt, Walk to Town or Acadia

Great location. Easy walk to downtown Bar Harbor and short drive to many of the trail heads at Acadia. The house is lovely and exactly as pictured- we had deer and wild turkeys wander past the window each day!

The property was very clean and beautiful. The hosts provided so many extra little amenities all through the house. Bathrooms had everything you could imagine if you forgot something. A snack basket was filled with local Maine products that we got to taste. The blueberry soda was delicious. A bundle of wood was waiting as well as everything needed to make some-mores. The area is beautiful and within walking distance to just about anything in town. I gave the property a 3 star review about the description accuracy because the property info said 2 1/2 bath when it was only 1 1/2 bath. We had six adults, but it was workable. The owners were very quick to respond when we questioned this and said they were adding a bathroom and did correct the listing. We had a great time and it was a great property.

We had an amazing stay. The place was super clean. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Walk to town or enjoy the peace of staying outside of the hustle and bustle. Our host thought of just about everything we might need. A wonderful experience.

Very comfortable home with lots of thoughtful touches like Smores fixings for around the fire pit and great coffee and espresso options. We would stay there again.
